Every VIVIFIE product comes with a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.
Each item undergoes rigorous inspection and performance testing before it reaches you, ensuring lasting durability and safety.
If your product fails due to a covered defect under normal use within one year of purchase, VIVIFIE will replace it free of charge, subject to the terms of this Warranty Policy.
This 12-month warranty applies to eligible current and future purchases. It is separate from VIVIFIE’s long-term quality commitment and does not create a separate 10-year replacement, repair or refund warranty.
