If you receive a product that appears defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with your order ID, along with product pictures or videos, at services@vivifie.com. Our team will respond promptly to resolve the issue in the best way possible.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at no cost before it is shipped. To cancel, simply send an email with your cancellation request to services@vivifie.com.
Please note, once your order has been shipped and the tracking number provided, it cannot be canceled.

Order/Refund Policy
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund promptly.
For returns, once the products are received and inspected, a refund will be processed. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the order total.
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos or videos at services@vivifie.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
